A delightful retelling of the nightmarish history of illegal cannabis in the United States. What was first, pretty much a straightforward conspiracy by Harry J. Anslinger. To attack minorities became a widespread worldwide campaign against cannabis users even attacking the country of India, or cannabis had been used religiously for decades for centuries. Wonderfully illustrated a quick read, easy for anyone to understand a comic book that shouldn't be taught in schools. Box Brown has done it again. He does not disappoint. The second one of his books I've read since his Andy Kaufman triumph
