I really enjoyed box Brown's book that he worked on with Weiss called accidental czar. It was interesting to learn the background of Putin in an easy to read comic book, graphic graphic novel format.
The book traces Putin's roots as a KGB agent all the way to becoming the leader of Russia. It traces Putin's backgrounds, his thought patterns, why he does the things, what he does, all while providing an easy to read comic book format. I flew through the book and was very interested, as obviously, Mr. Putin is one of the world's leaders, and truly transforming the world in which he lives with his successes with Trump in 2016 and now 2024 the book is even more important than it was when it was written as he continues to be a powerful figure on the world stage, a good way to get background about him quickly, and an excellent book in a series of excellent books from Box Brown, the master of the graphic novel history. I also enjoyed his books about Tetris and many others. Thanks for reading.
