Monday is industry day — the B2B floor before the public flood. Sponsor build-outs going up, exhibitors trading cards over coffee, and a much shorter line for everything. Eight hours on the floor with the camera up: booth banners going vertical, swag stacks getting unboxed, panel chairs warming. By 6 p.m. the convention center looks like it's ready for tomorrow's crowd.
