Here are tonight's headlines. US President George Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair, whose public support is waning due to the Iraqi war, admitted in Washington, that they had made some crucial mistakes during the war, but maintained they did the right thing in overthrowing Saddam Hussein. He just wasn't killed firing enough people they didn't say, since we took over in Iraq, the death rate has significantly improved, particularly amongst women and children.
Mr. Blair went on not to say, of course, it has been unpopular killing people always will be but I think we can all agree that the world is a much more dangerous place since the invasion, and the needs of the international arms manufacturers must be paramount in our foreign policy. As a result of invading Iraq and Afghanistan, more money than ever before is being spent on guns, bombs and weapons of all kinds.
Nasty dictatorships all over the planet have the best excuse ever to violently suppress opposition by calling it terrorism. And Western governments can legitimately strip their citizens of liberty and privacy without any further justification. They need only chant war on terror, war on terror, war on terror, and we'll let them do anything they want. spend billions on armaments, while children starve and suffer introduce harsh laws, curtailing freedom and increasing the power of the few spy on everyone all the time, just in case but this is only the beginning of the New World, right?

According to eyewitnesses, the three men were killed because they were wearing shorts, I can see how the concept of representative democracy is going to take hold in this country of rational reasonable people. just like it did before when the British military installed a fake monarchy and an elected parliament back in the 50s.

And now the weather. environmental scientists say the planet is undergoing the largest mass extinction in 65 million years. Professor Norman Meyer says the earth is experiencing its sixth extinction. The planet will continue to lose around 50 species per day compared to the natural extinction rate of one species every five years. Scientists forecast that up to 5 million species will be lost this century.
