Multi-layer NY-based ownership of the Rio
The Rio Las Vegas has had a complicated ownership stack since Caesars Entertainment sold it to Dreamscape Companies (Eric Birnbaum) in 2019 for $516M. Dreamscape took over operations from Caesars in October 2023. In 2026, Kennedy Lewis Investment Management acquired a majority stake from Dreamscape, leaving Dreamscape as the minority partner. Caesars no longer has any interest in the property.
