Genting Group is a Malaysian conglomerate that built and operates Resorts World Las Vegas — the first all-new resort on the Strip since the Cosmopolitan in 2010. Genting owns both the operations and the underlying real estate, making it (with Wynn and Phil Ruffin) one of the few Strip operators that has not sold to a REIT. The 3,506-room complex includes the Las Vegas Hilton, Conrad, and Crockfords / LXR brands via partnership with Hilton.
